KYC documents may be processed by a contracted identity verification partner to confirm authenticity and cross-reference against public records. These partners are bound by strict data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your documents for any purpose other than verification on atm4d's behalf.

6.3 Game Studio Providers

Third-party game studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — may receive a session token and anonymised player identifier to initialise game sessions. These studios do not receive your full name, date of birth, or payment details.

6.4 Legal and Regulatory Authorities
